Each week, you’ll receive an email with a link to a new plan with the ideas for recipes, along with a shopping list for breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner. 

The digital meal planning platform allows you to customize the plan with easy-to-use tools.  Add or remove recipes based on your preferences. Adjust servings if you want leftovers.

The number of portions and ingredients can be altered on each recipe and your grocery list will automatically update.

Meal plans have 3-day and 5-day options- leaving you lots of time to enjoy meals out, dine with guests or eat leftovers.
