Kathryn’s passion is to educate professionals and clients about food and psychological connections. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and a Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian Approved Supervisor (CEDRD-S) through the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals (iaedp™), Kathryn has a keen understanding of the emotional connections with food and behavior patterns. She uses her expertise to grow confidence in others to draw associations with the many food and wellness factors, including historical food, body, and trauma experiences, that contribute to each person’s approach to living. Kathryn’s skill is working with individuals struggling with finding their journey to wellness and sustainable self-care practices.
Kathryn helps clients ditch restrictive, diet-culture messages for approaches that include nourishing practices that include favorite foods. She hopes more people become comfortable living by her motto, reflecting her belief in a balanced approach with enjoyable food: “There’s always room for ice cream and chocolate!”
