Make an Impact: One Special Lady

Stay true to your core priorities in life and your impact will be far-reaching. One special lady in my life lived her life exactly this way and touched so many people. Today is her 1st birthday in heaven and a great day to honor the wonderful qualities she possessed, the kind acts she completed, and share her sparkling spirit.

I wrote and delivered the following poem to a group of family, friends, and loved ones at her celebration of life. I hope you feel inspired to keep true to what is important in your life and cherish each moment you have with those you love. A SPECIAL LADY IN MY LIFE

Conquer food fear and overwhelm! Kathryn’s passion is to educate professionals and clients about food and psychological connections. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and a Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian Approved Supervisor (CEDRD-S) through the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals (iaedp™), Kathryn has a keen understanding of the emotional connections with food and behavior patterns. Kathryn helps clients ditch restrictive, diet-culture messages for approaches that include nourishing practices that include favorite foods. She hopes more people become comfortable living by her motto, reflecting her belief in a balanced approach with enjoyable food: “There’s always room for ice cream and chocolate!”
